ESFRI Roadmap 2021 Information Day
The ESFRI Strategic Report on Research Infrastructures in Europe, known as the ESFRI Roadmap, has been, for the past 18 years, the prestigious result of a laborious collaborative process aspiring to guarantee the creation of and access to large international research infrastructures with the vision to expand European scientific excellence.
The ESFRI organises an Information Day on 25th September 2019 in Brussels, Belgium with the aim to inaugurate the process of updating the ESFRI Roadmap, to be completed in 2021. Top ESFRI Roadmap stakeholders will provide a thorough presentation of the requirements, procedures and methodology for selection of proposals for new research infrastructures projects to enter the ESFRI Roadmap. The ESFRI Roadmap landscape analysis of research infrastructures will also be presented along with the information on its ongoing update procedures. There will also be further discussions on the process of monitoring for ESFRI research infrastructures already on the ESFRI Roadmap – “ESFRI Landmarks”.
The Information Day will last the whole morning of the 25th September 2019 and will be hosted by the European Commission at a venue in Brussels, to be announced in a few weeks. It is co-organised and supported by the StR-ESFRI2 Project – Support to Reinforce ESFRI, and the European Commission – Directorate General for Research and Innovation (DG RTD).
A complete programme of the event will soon be available on the ESFRI websites. Register yourself via the link ESFRI Roadmap 2021 Information Day.
